The Role:
The backbone of our operations, our Sales Support team is the driving force behind our agents' success. This is your chance to redefine the real estate experience, your expertise contributing to the complete satisfaction of our clients and the persistent growth of our team. This is an exciting opportunity to be a part of our new Mitcham based office.
An admin-based role, on any given day, you will find them:
- Ensuring paperwork is compliant and in line with Harris processes.
- Processing listings, sales and property marketing for each property the sales agent lists and sell.
- Providing additional support to agents and superior customer service to both internal and external clients.
- Reception cover, as required.

The Candidate:
We looking for someone with:
- Minimum of 1 years’ experience in real estate (essential)
- Experience within a Sales Support role
- Experience in working with a CRM system – Agent Box (preferred)
- Excellent communication skills
- Highly developed attention to detail
- Ability to juggle multiple priorities in a high-pressure work environment
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to work alongside and adapt to various personality styles across a variety of people
