The Role:
Due to growth within Harris, we have an exciting and rare opportunity for an experienced sales administrator, with a proven track record of success, to be our new Head of Sales Support.
Reporting to the General Manager, you will provide leadership to the Sales Support Department whilst optimising workflows, elevating team performance and instilling a culture of continuous improvement.
As the Head of Sales Support, you will contribute to the team’s success by:
• Managing and overseeing the entire Sales Support department across multiple offices within SA
• Ensuring strict adherence to regulatory requirements and company policies within the Sales Support Department
• Identifying areas for improvement within the Sales Support processes and implement changes to drive enhanced performance
• Establishing and maintaining strong, collaborative relationships with key suppliers
• Overseeing agents/teams and handling the processing and marketing of listings, as well as managing sales transactions within the business

The candidate:
We looking for someone with:
• Minimum of 4 years’ experience in real estate (essential)
• Experience in a similar role
• Experience in working with a CRM system – Agent Box (preferred)
• Excellent communication skills
• Experience managing people
• Highly developed attention to detail
• Ability to juggle multiple priorities in a high-pressure work environment
• Ability to work independently
• Ability to lead and work alongside and adapt to various personality styles across a variety of people
