About this role

The role of the Sales Support Administrator (COED) provides support to the sale team to ensure all deals are completely accurately and thoroughly processed. This includes reviewing the deals for accuracy, creation of sales orders, ordering of equipment, invoicing, liaising with the finance companies and documentation management/creation. The Sales Support Administrator (COED) will coordinate the monthly billing cycle.

What we are looking for

We are looking for someone that is enthusiastic, self-motivated and a great cultural fit for Viatek.

Extensive experience in Administration is required. Experience in billing, inventory management or Sales Support would be an advantage.  

The successful candidate must have the ability to work within a team environment, great communication and relationship building skills along with strong time management skills.

Fluent English written and verbal skills are also required.
