As we expand our presence in our North office, we are looking for an experienced Sales Support to be part of our success story. Your expertise will be crucial in assisting our dynamic sales team at our Harris North office, maintaining client relationships, and facilitating the overall success of our client transactions. This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual with a keen eye for detail, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced real estate environment.

This is a role for you to bring your best self to, combining your excitement for property with your real estate administration skills along with a desire to be the best version of you!

There are so many exciting things happening at Harris. Within our fast paced and innovative environment, on any given day, you will be…

• Ensuring Property Consultant’s paperwork is compliant and in line with Harris processes.

• Processing listing, sales and property marketing for each property the sales agent lists and sell.

• Providing additional support for agents

• Providing superior customer service to both internal and external clients.

WHAT YOU WILL BRING…

We are a rapidly growing business with big vision, so we need highly adaptable and entrepreneurial team players. We would love to meet you if you have:

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in real estate

• Experience within a Sales Support role

• Experience in working with a CRM system – Agent Box (preferred)

• Excellent communication skills

• Highly developed attention to detail

• Ability to juggle multiple priorities in a high-pressure work environment

• Ability to work independently

• Ability to work alongside and adapt to various personality styles across a variety of people
