Reporting to the General Manager of Central Pet this role will require you to provide a high level of support to the sales team with submissions, collation and reporting of data, administration of pricing and completion of price changes. You will also provide weekly and monthly reports and sales data to support the growth of The Central Pet Business Unit.
Duties & responsibilities:
- Update submissions for key customers
- Update price change data for key customers (price rise submissions and account quotes)
- Process data and pull key insights
- Monthly reports for customers
- Monthly reports for suppliers
- Rebates management
- Weekly reporting
- Adhoc reporting
- Maintain a strong and positive ‘can do’ attitude.
- Respect your work colleagues and only offer positive and/or constructive comments within the workplace.
- Provides administration support to the sales team
- Updates client information and manages internal databases in a timely manner
- Maintains and updates company price lists
- Co-ordinates customer loyalty programs
- Deals with client enquiries and requests in a timely and professional manner
- Keeps the sales team updated on promotions and specials regularly
- Co-ordinates the promotional catalogue in a timely manner
- Supports updates to information for the websites as required
- Support CS team with processing orders and on phones if required
- Other duties as required
Skills & experience required:
- High-level of communication skills and rapport-building ability in person and over the telephone.
- Strong computer literacy particularly Excel
- Sound oral communication skills
- Previous experience in a customer service environment.
- Quick learning
- High level of attention to detail
- Takes ownership and accountability
