SalaryMiltrans is looking for an Admin person to assist Operations, Accounts, Compliance and Workshop business functions as required.
Miltrans office is located in Corowa NSW and we operate a fleet of B double Trucks across the eastern sea board of Australia, Albury/Wodonga/Wangaratta, Adelaide, Melbourne, Sydney and Brisbane

You will provide admin assistance to all areas of Miltrans including but not limited to data entry, jobbing, updating transport management systems, paperwork processing, accounts receivable, accounts payable, payroll and NHVAS accreditation compliance checking. You will use your excellent interpersonal skills, customer service skills and clear and concise communications skills to provide admin support to all Miltrans business functions as directed and required. Training provided.
Transport industry experience is beneficial but not required. You will have strong computer skills, be a good problem solver and be able to work steadily in a fast paced and time critical environment.
Traineeship or work in conjunction with studying a Diploma or Certificate in Transport / Logistics will be supported for the right candidate.
Pay will be negotiated based on applicant experience and skills.
