Overview:
This is a full-time role for a Sales Support Administrator. The Sales Support Administrator will be responsible for day-to-day tasks such as customer service, order processing, sales administration, and providing general administrative assistance to the sales team
Some of your key responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
Attending to phone and email enquiries
Drafting marketing proofs for properties
Property listings
Maintaining sales records
Preparing sales contracts and agreements
Liaising with clients to provide an excellent and memorable sales experience
Delivering end to end service and results for our Agents
Coordinate the affiliation process for new agents
File maintenance and coordinate sales paperwork
Assist sales agents with marketing, advertising and technology needs related to company resources on request
Other administrative duties.
