Additionally, the role involves participating in tradeshows and other promotional events as needed.
In the administrative capacity for Karabena Consulting and First 1000 Days Australia, the officer is responsible for a range of tasks to support efficient project management and event organisation. This includes managing the Director's diary, creating meetings, organising workshops and events, managing databases, and supporting social media strategies. The officer also ensures up-to-date spreadsheets and coordinates with the finance department for invoicing arrangements.
