JCSM Pty Ltd specialises in the national supply of consumer goods to a wide range of channels and customers.
We currently represent a large portfolio of brands from companies such as Johnson and Johnson Pacific, Aspen Pharma, Key Pharmaceuticals, Unicharm and Kimberly-Clark.
To be successful the individual should be an experienced Sales Support Coordinator must be highly engaged person who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is an expert in juggling competing priorities, handles obstacles and challenges like an expert. Must demonstrate a willingness to learn and adapt, alongside expertise in juggling competing priorities and adeptly overcoming obstacles. This role offers autonomy to achieve expected results, with strong support from the sales team.
We are looking to fill a full-time admin role in our small team.
This role is responsible for:
- Managing Orders - both EDI and manual order preparation, order entry, confirmation and queries; invoicing, customer claims
- Supporting promotional activity
- Managing Inventory and the production of small run of bespoke products
- Maintenance of Items, Pricing, Vendors and Customers
- Sales Support; sales reporting; prepare sales presentations; support new business development
- Any ADHOC duties as required

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
Qualifications
- Tertiary qualification required - eg Degree, Diploma or Certificate in Commerce, Marketing, Accounting or relevant experience
Experience
- 2 years previous experience in a similar role, managing orders, supporting sales, customer service, sales reporting
- experience in an FMCG type industry in administrative, accounts or Sales Support roles
