We are currently seeking a passionate and skilled Sales Support Coordinator to play a crucial role in our Sales Support team. You will be pivotal in ensuring a positive customer experience through effective communication, coordination and support for both internal and outbound interactions.
Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly and professionally to all incoming calls.
- Conduct outbound calls for client follow-ups, updates, and additional support.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team, understanding services information, and customer needs.
- Act as a liaison between clients and the sales team, ensuring effective communication and understanding of client requirements.
- Provide information on products, services, and promotions to foster positive relationships.
- Proactively identify and address potential issues or concerns raised by clients.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and feedback.
- Work collaboratively with the sales team to streamline processes and ensure efficient communication.
About you:
- Experience/Proficiency within a high-volume call environment
- Experienced as a Support Coordinator and / or knowledge of the NDIS would be highly regarded
- Friendly and professional with exceptional customer service skill
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
