About the role:
This role is responsible for supporting the national sales team (across Field Sales, Key Accounts, and Business Development) in the execution of the strategic objectives. Whilst the role is not client-facing, it requires interaction with customers – namely stakeholders within buying groups, Owner/Pharmacists, and relevant pharmacy staff. This individual is seen as a conduit between the national sales team, the broader Arrotex team, and our customers. This role contributes to the overall success and delivery of the Arrotex commercial objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Project Management of sales conferences, state/team meetings, customer meetings, travel requirements, and accommodation bookings. This at times may require additional outside of standard work hours work to facilitate the execution of tasks associated with these conferences/meetings.
- Organisation of venues catering/menu & invites for professional development/training evenings.
- Maintaining accurate records of marketing POS items for use at conferences and education sessions.
- Involvement in projects as required, including planning, report generation, performance tracking & coordination.
- Collaborating with Lonicera for technical system support – i.e. setting up of new employees, and technical issues for the current team.
- Customer Agreement register management, review of customer contractual obligations tracker and reporting agreement status and recording
- Providing documentation and set-up support for the Sales Induction program.
- Assisting Sales Teams in ordering POS and other related material via PMA.
- Develop a Pharma Newsletter to share success stories, profile Team members, and highlight business growth in a fun and light-hearted manner
- External stakeholder management and triage of queries for action via sales force or internal stakeholders.
Key Requirements
- 1-2 years’ experience in an administration / customer service / sales role in a complex working environment.
- Experience delivering outstanding administrative and customer support and managing a high volume of tasks with competing priorities.
- Experience working in the pharmaceutical industry would be highly regarded.
- Well-developed administrative and organisational skills with an ability to prioritise a variety of tasks and competing demands.
- Strong problem solving, trouble-shooting and analytical skills, with the ability to create innovative workable solutions; proactive anticipation of needs, with the ability to foresee challenges and problems, and taking action to prevent them.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a high level of attention to detail.
- An understanding of and complete commitment to confidentiality.
- Excellent skills in Microsoft Office 365 including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint, OneDrive, Forms, etc.
