About the role:
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented professional to join our team as a Sales Support Coordinator. As our Sales Support Coordinator, you are strategically positioned to support the sales team in executing new and current contracts, identifying future opportunities, and play a pivotal role in nurturing and maintaining strong relationships with our existing client base. Your responsibilities will include supporting the sales team in executing complex event and media sponsorships, ensuring accurate and timely contracting, and delivering comprehensive campaign performance reports. Your proactive approach, coupled with excellent customer service skills and meticulous attention to detail, will contribute to the success and satisfaction of our clients.
Core Responsibilities:
- Client Relationship Management:
- Serve as a key point of contact throughout the client's campaign, addressing any additional campaign requests or rescheduling needs.
- Source and provide ongoing campaign reporting to clients.
- Campaign Planning:
- Assist the Commercial Director throughout the campaign planning process, strategically designing media schedules based on clients target audience, campaign goals and objectives, whilst considering their past performance, creative limitations and budget.
- Support the sales team in creating and executing multi-event or complex sponsorship contracts to a high standard.
- Provide comprehensive campaign performance reports for the sales team to present to clients.
- Sales Support and Analysis:
- Ensure sales representatives have the tools and competence to accurately contract products and services.
- Conduct modest analyses of the CRM system to identify sales activity and usage of data by the sales team.
- Identify clients for future opportunities, and ensure clients rebook well before contract end date.
- Coordination and Communication:
- Liaise with internal teams to schedule dates for client activities, including webcasts, podcasts, and events.
- Attend internal meetings with the product team to stay updated on new features and sales opportunities.
- Contract Preparation and Approval:
- Prepare contracts when business is won, acting as a safety net to identify deals that may be too discounted or complex.
- Seek approval from the portfolio head for finalised contracts.
