What the role will entail

Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences? As a Sales Support Coordinator, you'll play a pivotal role in providing sales-focused support and ensuring our customers receive top-notch service. Your responsibilities will include:

• Responding to customer enquiries and resolving issues or complaints.
• Assisting customers by providing information about products, services, pricing, and availability.
• Processing customer orders, tracking shipments, and facilitating returns or exchanges as needed.
• Maintaining customer accounts.
• Collaborating with sales, marketing, and other departments to address customer needs and ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Staying informed about products, services, and industry trends to provide accurate information and support to customers.
• Providing support to the sales team by generating quotes, preparing sales materials, and assisting with sales administration tasks.
• Proactively identifying opportunities to improve the customer experience and taking measures to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.

• Basic proficiency with computer systems, CRM software, and other relevant tools used for order processing, communication, and data management.
• Prior experience in a customer service role, preferably in a similar industry or environment.
