Key Responsibilities:
- Handle internal sales for customers and product inquiries
- Efficiently manage data entry tasks
- Assist with office duties and general activities
- Support sales staff and operations across different states
- Process orders accurately and in a timely manner
- Provide warehouse support as needed
This role is open to those who have experience in administration or to those who have previously worked in a trade but are now wanting an office based role.
You will need:
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members.
- Ability to quickly grasp new concepts and adapt to changing environments.
- Professional telephone etiquette and customer service skills.
- Capacity to thrive in a small team setting and collaborate effectively.
- Proficiency in computer-based applications for efficient task execution.
- Willingness to support warehouse operations including shipment receipting and picking/packing.
- A proactive "can-do" attitude
