The organisation prides themselves on a diverse product portfolio and aim to deliver top class service to their valued customers. they are looking for a Sales Support Officer to join their team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle internal sales for customers and product inquiries
• Efficiently manage data entry tasks
• Assist with office duties and general activities
• Support sales staff and operations across different states
• Process orders accurately and in a timely manner
• Provide warehouse support as needed

About You:

This role is open to those who have experience in administration or to those who have previously worked in a trade but are now wanting an office based role.
You will need:

• Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members.
• Ability to quickly grasp new concepts and adapt to changing environments.
• Professional telephone etiquette and customer service skills.
• Capacity to thrive in a small team setting and collaborate effectively.
• Proficiency in computer-based applications for efficient task execution.
• Willingness to support warehouse operations including shipment receipting and picking/packing.
• A proactive "can-do" attitude
