You’ll play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction and assisting with sales administration and reporting.

About the role:
- Assist customers in a range of enquiries from service, sales, logistics and ordering – no one call the same!
- Support Territory and State managers with loading contracts, and compile and analyse data from multiple sources,
- Utilise your strong Excel skill to build and maintain various reports tailored to different client needs.
- Collaborate closely with the customer experience, sales and distribution teams to ensure seamless customer interactions.
- Assist customers with online ordering capabilities and provide ongoing support.
- Monday – Friday 8:00AM – 4:00PM or 9:00AM – 5:00 PM
About you:
- Proven experience in customer service with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service. Preferably in a contact centre.
- Intermediated proficiency in Excel (Pivot tables, V-Look Up, Formulas) is essential.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and identify trends.
- Excellent communication skills and collaborative approach to team work is essential – you are able to lean in and support your peers day to day.
- Professionally presented, and able to work collaboratively and openly with different levels of stakeholders and customers.
