Hair And Beauty Kingdom is an Iconic Australian Hair and Beauty Supplier that has the hottest products available all year round for men and women. Our Nerang showroom concentrates primarily on salon and barber furniture and products.
This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated, full-time CUSTOMER SERVICE/ADMIN person to join our team. The successful applicant will have previous customer service experience, ideally retail, as well as some admin experience. Hairdressing experience will be highly regarded.
You will be primarily responsible for the showroom, maintaining and growing customer relationships, keeping the showroom clean, displays stocked and digital marketing campaigns. You will also carry out general administration duties and assist other departments.
You will be comfortable with Instagram and able to drive and increase our social media presence.
This is a hands-on role for an energetic & vibrant applicant with exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills, proven organisational skills and ability to multitask.
Experience in the Hair and Beauty industry is preferable but not essential.
In addition, the ideal applicant will:
Have exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
Be self-directed and able to achieve and exceed set tasks.
Understand in store retail operations, policies & procedures.
Have competent computer skills and strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word & Outlook.
Retail Express, MYOB (purchasing, accounts receivable, accounts payable and inventory management) experience preferred, but not essential.

This role is full-time and based at our Nerang location on the Gold Coast which is currently open Monday to Friday 8.30 to 5.
