We are looking for a new Sales & Training Support Representative to join our team, based in Helensvale on the Gold Coast. The ideal candidate will possess experience in the dental field, demonstrate initiative, have a good grasp on computer systems, with a collaborative and easy-going personality. We currently have a vibrant team with a great culture, work ethic and passion.
Hours:
Full time (38 hours per week)
Remuneration:
Base Rate + KPI Bonuses
Some key responsibilities would include:
- Be the main point of contact for both existing and new customers embarking on their MRC journey.
- Lead conversions via telephone, digital, email, trade tables, networking, and in-person.
- Clinical and technical training for customers, staff, and dealers as required.
- Assuming the role of a Myobrace/Myosa Educator when required.
- Managing technical enquiries from customers and dealers.
- Support and promote customer participation in MRC’s membership programs.
- In-person clinic visits when/if required.
- Potential to travel both domestically and overseas.
Skills and Experience
- Experience working within the Dental/Medical/Pharmacy profession (training, representative, etc).
- The ability to present in group sessions will be highly regarded.
- To be an exceptional communicator with the ability to work effectively one-on-one and within small teams.
- Salesforce CRM and Microsoft Office Suite knowledge preferred.
