About the Role
As a Sales SupportTeam Member, you will be responsible for managing and supporting the sales team to ensure the effective administration of proposals and sales orders.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales order processing including modifications, invoicing, cancellations, and returns
- Assist in preparing quotations and proposals
- Communicate with customers via telephone and email
- Customer reporting, expediting and order tracking
- Liaising with internal stakeholders in technical departments to ensure timelines are on track
- 3+ years' experience using SAP for order processing
- Strong organisation and time management skills
- You enjoy a fast paced, high volume environment
Salary: $34 per hour + Super
Location: Port Melbourne, VIC
