The Role:
As our Sales Team Coach, you'll be diving deep into the mechanics of selling, leveraging hands-on tools, and providing one-on-one coaching to elevate our Sales Team's performance. Your mission will be to transform our sales consultants into high-ticket closers, guiding them through the complexities of the sales process with your expertise and enthusiasm for the craft.
Responsibilities:
- Lead by example, setting the standard for excellence in sales through your own actions and achievements.
- Conduct regular training sessions and workshops to impart valuable sales techniques and strategies.
- Foster an environment of continuous improvement, encouraging your team to exceed their sales targets and personal goals.
- Utilise a blend of data analysis, strategic planning, and on-the-ground sales know-how to drive the team's success.
- Develop a culture of accountability and excellence, ensuring each team member has the tools, knowledge, and motivation to succeed.
- Engage in weekly one-on-one meetings with team members, offering personalised coaching and support to address individual challenges and opportunities.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 3 years' experience in sales coaching / management / team leading, ideally with a focus on coaching high-ticket Sales Teams.
- A proven track record of leading by example, achieving sales excellence, and elevating the performance of those around you.
- Exceptional ability to motivate, inspire, and develop a diverse team of sales professionals.
- Strong analytical skills, with the capability to drive decisions based on data and metrics.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of engaging with team members and stakeholders alike.
- A commitment to remote work, with the discipline and management skills to thrive in a fully digital environment.
