Form of workWe are currently on the lookout for an experienced and inspirational Store Manager who is looking to progress into our Support Office as aSales Team Leader, to take the helm as we deliver the best-in-class service at the Brandbank Group (Seed Heritage, Unison, Commonry, allkinds, kikki.K & FINE-DAY). Reporting into the Group Customer Care Manager.
This is a challenging and fast paced role that requires dedication and determination to achieve success, you will need to roll up your sleeves and be hands on across all aspects of customer care, leading our teams by example and taking our department to the next level.

- Develop personal growth and capability with coaching, training and performance feedback.
- Engage with a variety of internal & external stakeholders to ensure our processes are run efficiently.
- Look at ways we can continuously improve and make recommendations to maximise our customer satisfaction.
- Day to day real-time support of staff, and ownership of member escalations and complaints.
- Creating an outstanding customer experience by providing the most current styling advice to maximise sales results and customer satisfaction.
- Have previous experience in successfully managing a result driven, sales focused team
- Have a personal love for fashion and lifestyle with a keen interest in current trends and competitors
- Have energy and passion to drive sales outcomes and KPIs through a hands on leadership approach.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage priorities and handle customer escalations.
- To be customer-centric by striving to provide the best possible customer experience in any situation.
