About the role:
Driving the Premium Account Management team towards target achievement through effective motivation and coaching. This role involves building the team's capabilities in conducting meaningful face-to-face client meetings.
How you will add value:
- Devising a commercial strategy that enables the Premium Account Management to achieve targets
- Build the capability in the team so they are comfortable to conduct face-to-face client meetings to provide a positive customer experience
- Working with your Premium Account Managers to implement and adjust the commercial strategy throughout the month
- Coaching and upskilling team members
- Ensuring team members are culturally aligned and communicating how they can add value to the business
- Reporting to senior leadership on performance and keeping them updated on the strategy.
- Working with other Sales Team leaders to drive revenue growth results, e.g Marketing, Sales Operations.
About you:
- Experience in Sales Team leadership
- Experience in leading face-to-face or field Sales Teams
- Proven track record of leading a team to exceeding targets
