Job description

Are you ready to embark on an exciting journey alongside some of the biggest brand names in FMCG? We're looking for a dynamic and passionate individual to join our national team and help us take our retail game to new heights.
  
This role will have 2 key roles and responsibilities.
  
Split of the role across 2 aspects over 5 days 60% and 40%

  1. Acting as our key business partner for our client and their portfolio of brands, you will be responsible for driving sales, collaborating with client’s internal team of business managers to develop activation plans across Coles and Woolworths. Holding field team accountable for brand merchandising principles, while challenging stores and managers on discretionary displays linked to key seasonality or events. This role will also have the crucial aspect of leading a dedicated national field sales team of 5 reps. Structure - 1 x full time rep in NSW/VIC/QLD and 1 x part time (0.6 FT) in both SA/WA markets.
  2. Supporting the Senior Client Manager Independents with the clients plans and other clients within our portfolio. Helping support in all aspects of the STP client management team.

    What You'll Be Doing:

  • Acting as the key point of contact between STP and our Client, you will manage the program and be responsible for objective setting and prioritisation of tasks.
  • Leading and supporting 5 dedicated direct reports for the execution of in field services nationally.
  • Drive sales - join forces with our field team to strategically position our products in stores, setting the stage for remarkable sales growth.
  • Deliver in store results in line with KPIs for the program.
  • Build strong, lasting relationships with our internal/external teams.
  • Deliver presentations with results, insights, and recommendations.
  • Dive into reporting and quarterly business reviews to help us continuously improve and stay ahead of the curve.
  • Manage the overall financials including quoting, invoicing, and budgeting.
  • Facilitate and run weekly client and team meetings, keeping the rhythm of success going where ideas flourish and plans take shape.
  • Supporting the STP business client team
About You:
  • Demonstrated experience managing teams, clients, and stakeholders is essential.
  • Demonstrated experience working in field or account role in Grocery.
  • Demonstrated experience working towards sales KPI's is essential.
  • Your charisma and communication skills are your secret weapons. You're a natural leader who can "rally the troops"
  • As a master of organisation, juggling multiple tasks is second nature to you
  • You've got a sharp business mind, and you're not afraid to use it to make strategic decisions
