About the RoleBased in our Outbound Sales office in Parramatta, Accor Plus are looking for an experienced Sales Manager, ready to lead a team of outbound Loyalty Sales Consultants. Our outbound team contacts recent guests of Accor Hotels, to introduce them to a FREE night stay at our hotels, as well as up to 50% off their bookings & dining with Accor, if they subscribe to the Accor Plus loyalty membership program.
This is a full-time position where you will train, coach, mentor and motivate the outbound team to sell the Accor Plus Membership, under the guidance and support of our Operations Team.
With an assistant leadership coach, as well as dedicated recruiter & trainer, we'll help you build the dream team! More specifically, you will:
- Lead an Outbound Sales Team, with the support of an assistant manager, of up to 30 outbound consultants
- Work between 8.30am and 5pm, Monday to Friday, from our Parramatta office
- Develop & execute sales strategies, to help uplift the sales performance of our Loyalty Consultants
Our ideal candidate would be a natural leader with a passion for sales. To be successful in this role, you must have:
- Managed, coached or led a Sales Team
- Worked & exceeded in a KPIs/targets driven sales environment
- Implemented sales strategies for your team
- Strong interpersonal skills, to help support & uplift sales consultants
Other advantageous (but not mandatory) attributes include outbound or call center management experience, as well as hospitality or loyalty subscription experience.
