What You’ll Do
With a continuously growing team and some of Australia’s biggest consumer brands on board, there’s never been a better time to join Rocket! As our Territory Manager you’ll play a pivotal role in delivering growth to our brands.
Owning and executing a territory business plan gives you the chance to smash sales targets, grow market share and distribute and activate in-store promotions to add value to our brand partners. Using market insights, data and brand IP you’ll identify new business and potential for growth while building strong relationships.
Each day you can look forward to:
- Hitting the road and connecting with retail managers, beauty advisors, pharmacy assistants and key accounts, building genuine and meaningful relationships that lead to increased sales and product recommendations
- Identifying new opportunities for growth
- Actioning promotional and marketing initiatives
- Partnering with business managers to ensure your banner groups are aligned with brand requirements on share of shelf, off-locations and pricing strategy
- Proactively giving feedback on our brands, category and competitor insights
Who We’re Looking For
We’d love to hear from energetic professionals passionate about beauty, skincare and wellness. We need a bright star – a true relationship builder with an engaging communication style who gets a buzz from working in a fast-paced environment. Sales targets motivate you and you love being out on the road! Perhaps you’re a Pharmacy Assistant wanting to launch your career in a new direction? Or an experienced field sales professional hungry for something more exciting? Experience across the pharmacy channel, sales negotiation and wholesaler / distributor channels will also impress us!
Your territory will cover the Adelaide region. You’ll be on the road a lot so it’s preferrable that you live close to this area. With a generous car allowance on offer, you’ll need your own car and a current driver’s licence.
