About the Role

Are you a driven individual eager to make your mark? As a Territory Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales and expanding our market presence within your assigned geographic area. You will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, as well as identifying and pursuing new business opportunities. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a proven track record of sales success, and a deep understanding of the construction landscape.

Your responsibilities will include but are not confined to:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders, serving as the primary point of contact for all sales-related inquiries and activities.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive prospecting, networking, and lead generation efforts.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including Customer Service and Marketing to ensure seamless customer experiences and satisfaction.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify potential threats and opportunities.

Requirements

We're seeking candidates with the following attributes:

  • Minimum 4 years of sales experience, preferably in the building or construction sector, with a track record of surpassing targets.
  • Comfortable in a client-facing role.
  • Self-motivated and proactive.
  • Ability to work autonomously without constant supervision.
  • Proficiency experience with CRM software, particularly Salesforce, is advantageous.
