As the Rentals Account Manager (NSW & VIC), you will be responsible for managing and developing our rental markets (radio) through effective account management and being able to spot and capitalise on new business and growth opportunities. Your approach will be hands on in this fast paced environment, knowing our product range and our clients needs to advise on best fit for their business ultimately driving successful relationships.
Your role will include:
- Develop and engage with clients on their radio and telco needs within the short-term rental market.
- Build rapid rapport with stakeholders to establish robust relationships at multi levels of business.
- Manage agreements, from tender through to contract closing.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and engagement through closed loop feedback.
- Lead administration and develop account management and sales strategies to ensure growth.
About you
- Proven experience in Account Management/Sales ideally in a dynamic market like rentals
- Excellent knowledge in complex solution sales of a technical nature, ideally in Radio or Telco environments
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills with a strong understanding of sales cycles and account management development strategies, including contracts and negotiations.
- A strong but engaging personality that is driven to take ownership of their vertical in a fast-paced environment.
- And strong track record in customer service and customer advocacy with ability to engage stakeholders internally and externally to drive results.
- Advanced problem-solving ability with ability to be creative and out of the box thinking to create innovative customer solutions
- Experience working with Radio products highly regarded.
