About the role
Onsite Rental Group are seeking a dedicated Account Manager to join our team in Dandenong VIC.
As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of clients and developing strong relationships to drive business growth and customer satisfaction. Your main tasks will include:
- Proactively identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities within the assigned territory
- Building and maintaining long-term relationships with existing clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions
- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products and services, as well as resolving any customer issues or concerns
- Developing and implementing strategic account plans to achieve sales targets and increase market share
- Keeping abreast of industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to provide relevant insights and maintain a competitive edge
- Preparing regular reports on sales performance, forecasts, and client feedback for management review
- Attending industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to promote Onsite Rental Group's offerings and expand professional network

Skills & Experience
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Experience in territory sales preferably in hire/rental/capital equipment or related industry
- Proven ability to attract and retain new business
- Ability to work autonomously in the field
- Strong customer and safety focus
- Exceptional relationship building skills
- Ability to work well within a team environment
- Valid motor vehicle licence
