About the role
Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager – VIC/SA, this role is responsible for ensuring the safe and successful delivery of our contractual requirements for our major customers in Melbourne.
Key Accountabilities
- Act as primary point of contact for our major customers and contracts, ensuring first class customer service is provided at all times
- Working closely with the Business Development team to manage existing clients on a local basis, grow these businesses and meet Onsite’s budgeted revenue and EBITDA goals
- Manage all Safety, Health, Environment and Quality (SHEQ) requirements pertaining to our major contracts, including the demonstration of in field visible safety leadership
- Develop quotes and rental agreements for our major contracts in the system
- Understand and communicate Key Performance Indictors (KPI), ensuring all KPI’s are achieved in accordance with contractual obligations and budget requirements
- Complete all required internal and external reporting requirements
- Identify, develop & convert opportunities for new business and business growth with major customers
- Support the planning and coordination of resources required for effective and efficient delivery of contractual requirements for our major customers
Skills/ Experience
To be successful in the role, ideally you will have -
- Contract or project management experience with top tier customers
- Previous experience working in an equipment sales/rental or large industrial business
- Ability to promote, influence and drive a positive safety culture
- Exceptional planning, organisational and prioritisation skills
- Strong leadership and relationship building skills
- Ability to use systems and complete system reporting requirements
- Great communication skills
- Ability to multitask and be flexible
