SalaryMain Duties:
- Coordinating marketing campaigns, including creating and publishing appealing content for social media and digital platform communication activities in adherence with brand guidelines
- Ensuring ongoing SEO of external content, tracking key growth metrics and understanding current market competition and conditions
- Managing online marketing activity relating to traffic acquisition, sales and conversions to help track engagement and follower growth, and monitor effectiveness of campaigns
- Monitoring, analysing and reporting on social media and digital marketing performance metrics, as well as providing recommendations for improvement based on current trends and customer preferences
- Overseeing the updates and maintenance of the website,sales & marketing
- Responding to customer enquiries and engaging with our online community via social media
