About the Role
As we embark on an exciting phase of business transformation, we're looking for a Salesforce Architect to lead the strategic planning, design, and rollout of Salesforce solutions that align seamlessly with our broad business goals and technology strategies. This isn't just any Salesforce Architect role; it's your opportunity to be at the forefront of a digital transformation in healthcare, making services more integrated and seamless for users across our hospitals, aged care, community care, and national services. Join us on a permanent full-time basis at our new Sydney head office.
What Will You Do?
- Develop a Salesforce architectural roadmap, working with the product manager and product owners, ensuring alignment with organisational goals and tech strategy.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable Salesforce solutions.
- Implement best practices in Salesforce architecture and mentor the team, managing vendor relations for peak platform performance.
