We provide low-cost loans to strengthen Australian agriculture and grow thriving regional communities. RIC farm loans support our customers to prepare, manage through and recover from drought, natural disasters or biosecurity risks causing severe financial disruption. We help accelerate plans for first-generation farmers and next-generation farmers.
Your future at the RIC:
As a Salesforce Business Analyst, you will be responsible for supporting RIC’s transformation program by taking concepts and bringing them to life through identifying stakeholder requirements, reviewing current state information, developing future state processes, technical specifications, testing functionality and generating user stories.
What you will do:
- Taking part in the discovery and inception phases of transformation initiatives, identifying, and elaborating requirements, acceptance criteria, and functional/non-functional requirements
- Fostering a solutions focus on all parts of the project
- Conducting business analysis, generate epics, features, user stories & verification, reporting, transition, and technical requirements including acceptance criteria
- Collaborating with stakeholders and working with project teams to deliver project objectives through structured planning and leveraging agile delivery methods
- Supporting iteration planning, helping maintain a prioritised product backlog and supporting the reporting back to the business on work being done
- Building out the new / updated flows in our Salesforce workflow engine
- Testing / UAT and Rolling out the new improvements

- Located in Orange, NSW with 100% remote base work options considered for the right candidate

- Salary range $119,383 - $140,450 per annum + superannuation
- 3 to 5 years of experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst at both a development and functional level is essential
Qualifications:
- Relevant qualifications and/or equivalent experience in either Business Analysis, Project Management, Information Technology, or other related fields
