Requirements Analysis:
- Be a Business Analyst with Salesforce Functional Consultant expertise.
- Work closely with business stakeholders and Implementation Partners to gather, document, and analyse business requirements.
- Conduct thorough assessments of current processes and systems to identify areas for improvement.
- Translate business requirements into functional specifications, ensuring alignment with Project and Business goals.
- Develop detailed business process models and workflow diagrams.
- Collaborate with technical teams to design and document effective solutions.
- Ensure that proposed solutions align with TCCS technology road map and IT standards and Policies.
- Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders, including business units, IT teams, and external partners.
- Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences to bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions.
- Conduct workshops and interviews to facilitate the requirements gathering process.
- Report to the Business Analyst Practice Lead for day-to-day business analysis operations.
- Provide daily progress updates on assigned projects and analysis tasks, ensuring alignment with project timelines and goals.
- Collaborate with the Practice Lead to address challenges, seek guidance, and contribute to the continuous improvement of business analysis practices within the organization.
- Support project managers in defining project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
- Monitor requirement / sprint progress and provide insights into potential risks and mitigation strategies.
- Collaborate with project teams to ensure successful implementation of requirements.
- Identify opportunities for process optimization and efficiency improvements.
- Stay abreast of industry best practices and emerging technologies to recommend innovative solutions.
- Work with stakeholders to implement changes and measure the impact on business performance.
- Salesforce Functional Consultant expertise.
- Business Analysis Certification (ECBA or CCBA ) or related certification or bachelor degree in Information Technology (highly desirable)
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in a technology-driven environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in business analysis tools and methodologies.
- Familiarity with technology and IT concepts.
