As the in-house Salesforce Specialist, you will have end-to-end responsibility for our Salesforce platform. You will understand business requirements, conduct technical analysis, and design, build, and implement custom Salesforce solutions that align with our organisational goals.
Key Duties:
- > Translate complex business requirements into user stories and acceptance criteria within Salesforce.
- > Design solutions that adhere to best practices with minimal customization, yet are cost-effective, simple, flexible, and scalable.
- > Develop on the Salesforce.com platform using Lightning, Apex, Web Services, and APIs.
- > Integrate Salesforce with other systems to streamline our processes.
- > Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines for efficient code build and release cycles.
- > Document solutions thoroughly for knowledge transfer and to support the seamless transition to platform support teams.
About You:
- > A track record of delivering solutions on time and to a high quality.
- > Strong analytical skills to leverage data and insights in technical requirement elicitation.
- > In-depth experience with Salesforce programming, including a variety of Apex constructs and Salesforce automation tools.
- > Excellent communication skills to effectively liaise between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- > Pragmatic decision-making abilities to balance conflicting priorities.
- > Alignment with the values and mission of Bundilla Pest Control.
- > 3+ years of proven Salesforce development experience.

You will need:
- > Proficiency in apex triggers, classes and flows for automation.
- > To be familiar with inbound and outbound REST API integrations.
- > Demonstrable skills in problem solving and translation business needs into Salesforce solutions.
- > Strong command of data analytics, salesforce reports and dashboards.
- > General interpersonal and strong communication skills to work with the platform owner and stakeholders.
