What you will be doing
- Assist in preparing for requirements Gathering workshops and document outcomes/actions
- Assist in the creation and be able to interpret Process Maps
- Write user stories utilizing behavior-driven development (BDD)
- Configure Salesforce components as documented
- Comply to design standards, perform unit testing, and actively manage assigned tasks to ensure quality completion by or before their due dates Complete mandatory training and maintain certification level
- Participate in DXC Technology added value activities outside regular client work Identify and raise potential risks
The skills you will bring
- At least 1-3 years of experience working with the Salesforce platform
- Business Process Improvement Experience
- Requirements definition and management
- Stakeholder Relationship Management
- User Experience Design
- Salesforce Certified Administrator
- Salesforce Certified Sales Cloud Consultant
- Salesforce Certified Service Cloud Consultant
Your working environment
This is a hybrid role, with office locations in Collins St, Melbourne CBD, but will also provide a flexible work environment where there are options to work from home in a hybrid capacity.
