We are looking to build on our existing Salesforce team and are looking for Salesforce Functional Consultants to come onboard for an enterprise project with one of our Financial Services customers.

The skills and experience we’re looking for in this role are:

• Support the technical architect in the capture of non-functional requirements and then document them
• Support the solution architect in the overall solution design
• Active member of scrum team, supporting ceremonies as appropriate e.g., backlog grooming, showcases, stand-ups, retrospectives, etc.
• Participate in triage of defects & changes found during testing
• Answer queries from the other team members regarding requirements esp., developers, testers & change/comms
• Participate in testing & deployment verification where requested
• Manage & maintain a collaborative working relationship with clients & consistently deliver high-quality services
• Provides or contributes to solutions & logical designs that are: Robust; Fit for purpose; Cost effective; provided in a timely manner; Aligned with business directions and the enterprise architecture; and which protect & safeguard future business
• Provides traceability of requirements.
• Identifies risks, issues & dependencies in the development of the solution.
• Assists business areas with user acceptance test (UAT) plans & specifications.
• Conduct or contribute to presentations of the proposal or solution to business & stakeholders

Essential Skills & Experience:

• At least 5 years’ experience in a Business Analysis or Functional Consultant role delivering enterprise sized Salesforce projects
• Skilled with technologies such as, Salesforce, Miro, Visio, Jira, Confluence

Over and above, you'll have the ability to act as a consultant – offering technical insights, sharing your knowledge, and collaborating with clients.

Being a Melbourne based organisation, we're looking for our team to be based locally. We also require applicants to hold an Australian Citizenship, Permanent Residency (PR), or have other permanent work rights.
