The skills we’re looking for in this role are:
- Solution Design: Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to gather business requirements, analyze their processes, and architect Salesforce solutions that address their unique challenges and objectives.
- Technical Expertise: Possess a deep understanding of the Salesforce platform, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Community Cloud, and other relevant products. Stay updated with the latest Salesforce features and capabilities to provide innovative and effective solutions.
- Project Leadership: Lead cross-functional teams, including developers, administrators, and consultants, to successfully implement Salesforce solutions on time and within budget.
- Solution Presentations: Articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders, delivering compelling presentations that demonstrate the benefits and ROI of proposed Salesforce solutions.
- Best Practices: Advocate for industry best practices and standards in Salesforce solution design, development, and integration, ensuring scalable and maintainable solutions.
- Integration: Architect seamless integrations between Salesforce and other business systems, such as ERP, marketing automation, or analytics tools.
- Data Security and Compliance: Ensure that Salesforce solutions comply with data security and privacy regulations, and implement best practices to protect sensitive information.
- Troubleshooting and Optimization: Analyze and resolve technical issues, and identify opportunities for optimizing and enhancing existing Salesforce implementations.
- Training and Support: Provide training and support to end-users, administrators, and stakeholders to maximize the adoption and utilization of Salesforce within the organization.
- Continuous Learning: Stay abreast of the latest Salesforce certifications, trends, and developments to enhance your own skills and knowledge, and act as a mentor to junior team members.
Over and above, you'll have the ability to act as a consultant – offering technical insights, sharing your knowledge, and collaborating with clients.
Being a Melbourne based organisation, we're looking for our team to be based locally. We also require applicants to hold an Australian Citizenship, Permanent Residency (PR), or have other permanent work rights.
