As a Salesforce Consulting Partner, DHM combines business and technical expertise to deliver customer value through Salesforce Marketing and Data Cloud solutions and develop and implement marketing strategy.
About the Role
To meet market demands and continue to deliver exceptional customer service, we are seeking a full-time employee for the position of Salesforce System Analyst.
The Salesforce System Analyst position is responsible for configuring Salesforce Marketing Cloud to facilitate the efficient and effective delivery of services to our clients.
You will also act as an implementation manager on projects, assist team members in understanding Salesforce Marketing Cloud, interpret customer needs for project implementation, and continue to enhance your knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud connections with other Salesforce platforms.
This position will have a strong focus on improving business processes and implementing technology solutions to support these processes.
Your tasks and duties will include, but are not limited to:
Assess client systems, processes and methods, proposing adjustments or new elements to understand business requirements and map them to solutions that leverage Salesforce functionality.
Lead discussions on business process analysis and automation to streamline operations.
Analyse data and help identify and assess business opportunities for improvements and propose solutions that meet business and customer requirements.
Manage, detect and assess incidents, problems, pain points, and improvements and recommend best practices for security models, deployment strategies, workflows, data validation and analytics.
Provide ongoing support for configured systems, including maintenance activities such as user management, configuration changes, data updates, and troubleshooting technical issues.
Create a thorough roadmap detailing project requirements, client objectives, scope, budget milestones, deliverables, dependencies, timeline, and schedule.
Ensure Salesforce Marketing Cloud customer systems are operational and cater to our clients by actively engaging in scheduled product system changes, projects, planning, problem analysis, solution development, user acceptance testing, end-user training, and procedures to meet client needs.
Create documentation including functional specifications, process diagrams & user guides.
Develop and execute test plans to ensure the quality and accuracy of Salesforce & Digital implementations.
Conduct verification, debugging and testing to deliver stable and functional applications that perform to documented requirements.
Investigating, coordinating, and implementing new and / or improved corporate system functionality across the organisation.
Provide training and support to end-users to promote effective utilization of Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
Provide guidance, assistance, and cooperation with clients to ensure smooth system implementation, boosting scalability, flexibility, and overall system performance.
Monitor and stay abreast of emerging trends to contribute to the strategic evolution of the client's digital infrastructure. Suggest and implement improvements to existing Salesforce configurations and processes.
Candidate Requirements:
A Bachelor's degree in IT or Business
At least 2 years of relevant work experience ideally with Marketing Cloud, preferably for a similar Salesforce partner organisation
Salesforce Certified Marketing Cloud Email Specialist
Salesforce Certified Account Engagement Specialist
Salesforce Certified Marketing Cloud Account Engagement Consultant
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain complex software functionality to customers in simple terms
Exposure and/or experience with Salesforce Data Cloud, Service Cloud and Sales Cloud
Ability to manage tasks efficiently, be able to prioritise and meet deadlines whilst also be able to adapt to changing priorities and tasks.

Candidate Remuneration:
Base salary package of $75,000 - $95,000 + Superannuation (commensurate with your experience).
