The Role - Technical Sales / Project Engineer
An exciting opportunity exists for a Sales / Project Engineer at Vector Lifting to join our experienced management team and work with our diverse group of national clients. Servicing a wide range of industries including manufacturing, mining & gas.
Reporting to the Sales Manager, the role requires experience in technical sales and basic 2D AutoCAD drafting. The role will involve working with a group of existing key accounts and internal stakeholders to support new and existing business, this role offers a fantastic opportunity to develop your career in a supportive and productive environment.
Key responsibilities
- Quoting and tendering for projects with new & existing clients
- Preparing and issuing jobs for production
- Key account management and sales
Requirements for this position
- Experience in Materials Handling preferred
- Basic 2D AutoCAD experience
- Proficient in MS Office
- Ability to read and comprehend technical documents and drawings.
- Self-driven and motivated team player.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
