An ideal candidate would be someone who can demonstrate technical experience in one or more of the following:
Competencies and Skill:
- Proven experience in the support and development of large scale SAP HCM Solutions, preferably HCM for S/4HANA and SAP ECC6
- Well-developed analytical and problems solving skills preferably in SAP HCM in the following areas: - Organisational Management - Payroll (preferably Australian) - HR to FI/Co integration - Time Management - Personnel Administration - ESS/MSS Fiori Apps
- Experience with SAP workflow, specifically flexible workflow in an S/4HANA environment
- Extensive and proven experience of SAP ABAP programming and SAP workbench developments in the context of a HCM solution
