I'm working with a large Federal Government department to find a SAP HR/Payroll Business Analyst.
This is an initial 12 month contract with 2 x 12 month extension option.
You will have the following skills and experience:
- Overall functional knowledge of SAP HR and Payroll end-to-end functionality and business process, functional specifications.
- Functional experience in a SAP ECC6 HR/Payroll module.
- Any experience on upgrade of SAP HR/Payroll module from SAP ECC6.0 to SAP S/4HANA/success factor would be advantageous.
- Subject matter expert for SAP HR/Payroll functional domain and cloud-based architecture, utilising industry and SAP reference architectures
- Demonstrated strong communication and interpersonal skills and collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Process mapping experience – evidence of ability to collect and document, map business process and optimise business process and requirements.
- Strong stakeholder engagement experience - to facilitate workshops with business to document as-is and optimisation of business process and external stakeholders.
- Experience as a SAP HR/Payroll Functional Analyst/consultant.
- Functional Analyst experience in business process optimisation in SAP Payroll, Personnel Administration, Organization Management and Time Recording modules.
- Experience of business documentation tools (Eg: ARIS, Visio, SAP Signavio)
- Functional Analyst experience in SAP HR/Payroll, knowledge of SAP S/4HANA and other SAP cloud solution offerings within the HR space.
- Be an Australian citizen
