Sap Implementation Specialist - Demand Planning & Customer Supply Chain

Are you ready to take the lead in shaping the future of our Supply Chain operations through SAP implementation? As we embark on the ERP Consolidation Project, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced SAP Implementation Specialist – Demand Planning & Customer Supply Chain to drive the successful integration of our Customer Supply Chain processes. In this role you will be a key person in our ERP Consolidation Project, ensuring a smooth transition for our customers from a segmented route to market to a consolidated distribution network. Your expertise in SAP implementation, coupled with your strong understanding of operational and technical aspects, will be instrumental in the success of this project.

Note – This is a 9-month fixed term contract.

Key Responsibilities

• Work closely with the Customer Supply team to understand and manage changes.
• Facilitate workshops to assess the impacts of changes and ensure minimal disruption to both businesses.
• Develop routines with Customer Supply Chain teams to track and progress action items.
• Lead the effort to migrate and consolidate data into the new ERP platform.
• Engage with internal Supply Chain and commercial teams to understand and mitigate the impacts of changes.

About You

• Experience in SAP implementation and a strong understanding of operational and technical aspects of Customer Supply Chain.
• Excellent stakeholder management, project management, and organisational skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to plan, prioritise and organise work demands and deadline.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to identify optimisation opportunities.
• Ability to work independently, solve complex problems, and make informed decisions.
• Knowledge of FMCG or retail sector – advantageous.
