As a Program Director, you will be leading the SAP S4/Hana Transformation Program aimed at transitioning from SAP ECC6 to a more sustainable future state. You will:- Manage and lead the development lifecycle of strategic initiatives from pre-feasibility to completion, ensuring projects align with organisational objectives and deliver predetermined political, economic, and social returns.
- Lead and oversee the SAP S/4HANA implementation/upgrade project from initiation to completion.
- Provide authoritative advice and strategic input in identifying sites for major redevelopments, leading the end-to-end approval process. This includes leading investigations, analyses, and procurements as directed by senior leadership.
What you'll need to succeed
- Certification as a Project Management Professional (PMP); Possesses relevant certifications in SAP and project management, offering additional value and expertise.
- Extensive Program Management experience, end-to-end delivery, specialising in technology implementation projects, utilising both waterfall and agile methodologies.
- Expertise in SAP implementation and project management, specialising in SAP S/4HANA.
- Demonstrated success leading full end-to-end SAP S/4HANA implementation/upgrade projects. In-depth knowledge of SAP best practices and principles, enabling strategic decision-making on design and functionality.
