Form of workOur client is a Global Managed Service Provider, who is looking for a talented Program Director with extensive experience delivering complex SAP S4HANA projects and can manage internal & external Partners
This is a 12 month contract and requires 4-5 days in Melbourne CBD office.
What You'll Do:
- Strategic Leadership: Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple complex SAP programmes, ensuring alignment with organisational objectives and client expectations.
- Program Management: Oversee all aspects of SAP S4HANA programme management, including scope, budget, schedule, quality, risk, and resources, to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and external clients to understand requirements, address challenges, and drive consensus on program goals and deliverables.
- Team Management: Provide leadership and direction to cross-functional teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability.
What You Need:
- Executive Delivery Background: Minimum 15 years of experience in executive-level SAP S4HANA programme delivery, with a proven track record of successfully leading large-scale projects to completion.
- System Integrator Experience: Extensive experience working for a major system integrator, with a deep understanding of SAP S4HANA implementation methodologies and best practices.
- Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve exceptional results.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels of the organisation.
