Are you a seasoned SAP Project Manager with a proven track record of successful SAP implementations and extensive experience in SAP patch management? If so, we want you on our client's team!
As a Senior Project Manager within our client's technology team, you’ll ensure projects are completed on time and within budget. Your responsibilities include:
- Lead and manage end-to-end SAP implementation projects, from planning and scoping to execution and delivery, ensuring alignment with business objectives and timelines.
- Oversee the installation, testing, and deployment of SAP patches, updates, and enhancements, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets, and effectively communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders and senior management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including SAP functional consultants, developers, and business users, to define requirements, resolve issues, and drive project success.
- Provide leadership and guidance to project team members, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Manage vendor relationships and third-party consultants, ensuring adherence to project requirements, timelines, and quality standards.
- Monitor project performance metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs), and implement corrective actions as necessary to mitigate risks and achieve project goals.
- Stay updated on SAP best practices, trends, and advancements, and leverage insights to drive innovation and optimization within the organization.
- At least 10 years IT experience, with at least 5 years managing large and complex projects.
- Proven experience in SAP project management, with a focus on SAP implementations and patch management.
- Proven experience managing SAP projects across multiple modules and versions, with a deep understanding of SAP landscape and architecture.
- Strong knowledge of SAP patch management processes, including system analysis, testing, deployment, and documentation.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
