Sap Project Manager

As a SAP Project Manager based in Clayton, Victoria, you will lead project teams consisting of associates from different functions inside and outside of IT. You will also contribute to achieving goals through mixed project management methodologies that deliver results to the customer's agreed-upon expectations.

• Knowledgeable about Project management methodology and understands/applies project management best practices.
• Work with the project team, project leads, and project sponsors.
• Interact with all levels of stakeholders.
• Vendor integration into project activities.
• Manage multiple small/medium projects simultaneously.
• Manage medium/moderate complexity projects independently typically small to medium expense projects or small ACTs.
• Manage high-complexity projects across domains with guidance from senior staff or supervisors.
• Assist the project/program manager in managing and maintaining data for project execution, management, and reporting.
• Manage integrated change control process.
• Identify project risk.
• Understand the current industry trends and apply them to PPG Processes.
• Make recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Lead project teams with moderate coaching and manage conflict.
• Facilitate project management best practices for the project team.

• A four-year degree or higher in Information Systems Management, Computer Science, Engineering, Chemistry, a related discipline, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5 years of SAP Project Management experience is mandatory.
• Minimum 5 years of IT or a related discipline Project Management experience – PMP Certification is preferred.
• Strong analytical and conceptual skills.
• Strong systems and process orientation experience.
• Ability and desire to foster the development of junior team members.
