You will be the welcoming face to our members, monitoring the equipment and the venue for cleanliness and maintenance, while driving memberships and bookings.RequirementsYour responsibilities will include

• Operational Management: This involves day-to-day operations, ensuring the sauna facilities are clean, safe, and well-maintained.
• Customer Service: Be the point of contact for customer complaints or issues, striving to provide an excellent customer experience. This includes managing bookings, handling special requests, and ensuring the staff delivers high-quality service.
• Marketing and Sales: Venue managers may also be involved in marketing, which includes developing promos, working on partnerships or events to attract more customers.
• Staff Management: Train, and manage staff, ensuring the team is motivated and providing high-quality service.
• Compliance and Safety: Ensuring the business complies with all local laws and regulations related to health and safety is crucial.
