We're currently seeking a Creative Travel Organizer to join our team and aid our clients in planning and securing their ideal vacations. As a travel coordinator, your responsibilities will include:

• Collaborating with clients to understand their travel preferences, requirements, and budget
• Conducting thorough research and comparing various travel options, such as flights, accommodations, tours, cruises, car rentals, and more
• Developing personalized travel itineraries and proposals based on client preferences
• Booking and confirming reservations, issuing tickets, and providing clients with necessary vouchers and documents
• Offering valuable travel advice and information on destinations, attractions, visa requirements, and travel insurance
• Managing and resolving any changes, cancellations, or issues that may arise before or during the trip
• Establishing and nurturing positive client relationships for repeat business and referrals
• Staying updated with the latest travel trends, products, and regulations to provide the best recommendations and service to clients

To be successful, you should have:

• A high school diploma or equivalent
• Proficiency in using basic computer systems and software, such as Microsoft Office
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
