Scaffolding Site Supervisor (Mine)

Integral Scaffolding are actively recruiting a Scaffolding Site Supervisor (Mine) to join our team based in Orange, NSW. The Supervisor will supervise a core team of experienced Scaffolders to help scope, deliver scaffolding services and work closely with clients at a mine site located 15km outside the town of Orange.

Our mission is to get the job done while ensuring the safety of our workers and other personnel. We strive for happy staff members who go home safe, and happy clients who would recommend us to a mate. 

This position is permanent full-time. The successful candidate will be based locally, or looking for a tree-change to the Central West.

Integral Scaffolding offers above award conditions and staff earn above award wages. The successful candidate will be paid their Base Rate, in addition to Mine, Shutdown and other allowances.

We believe your last hour on the job is worth just as much as the first, and so as part of our wage package, we also offer:

• Superannuation paid on all time worked.
• Annual and Personal Leave Accrual on all time worked.

E.g. A permanent full-time scaffolder starts at their base hourly rate, plus allowances, plus super and leave entitlements on all time worked.

The wage package also includes:

• Fully serviced company vehicle and Fuel Card.
• Company phone.

• Be willing to work aboveground / underground and nightshifts when necessary,
• Be willing to work 12 hours shifts when required,
• Be able to pass pre-employment checks including drug and alcohol screening and be willing for Integral to process a National Police Check.
• Be willing to drive above and underground,
• Be local or willing to relocate for a tree change,
• Have an Australian drivers licence (minimum C Class licence, unrestricted)
• Hold an Advanced Scaffolding ticket, and have at least 5 years industry experience.
• Mine site experience desirable.
