AddressWe're looking for an experienced Site Supervisor to join a remediation/rectification construction company, handling large residential and commercial projects.
The role;
- Work closely with the Project Manager and management team.
- Manage projects and sites comprehensively.
- Coordinate and schedule daily workloads and tasks.
- Supervise trades, both direct and subcontracted.
- Keep clients informed regularly about site progress.
- Resolve problems and disputes promptly.
- Ensure work health and safety compliance on-site.
- Oversee remediation/rectification and renovation projects.
- Minimum 2 years' experience as a Site Supervisor.
- Experience in remediation, rectification, and/or renovation projects.
- Trade qualification in carpentry or equivalent.
- Practical onsite skills in carpentry, concreting, etc.
- Ability to work to a schedule and complete tasks on time.
- Strong attention to detail and communication skills.
- Excellent organisational and time management abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Unlimited, full working rights in Australia.
- Work with a construction company specialising in building remediation, façade repairs, renovations, and insurance claims.
- Project range typically around the $1 million mark.
- Salary guide: $120k - $150k plus superannuation.
- Full-time, permanent position located in the Inner West, with most projects situated in the city/eastern suburbs.
