Job Description:Skilltech is one of Australia's largest providers of meter installations, energy and water efficiency services. We read, install and maintain these services for the government, utilities and corporations throughout the country. Supported by a hard-working team we continue to manage more than 52 million meter reads and 200,000 meter installations and replacements each year.Reporting to the Contract Delivery manager, the Resource Allocator will be responsible for managing scheduling and allocating activities for field staff effectively and efficiently. It includes planning, analysing, assigning, monitoring the performance discrepancies and evaluating the resources to optimise business performance. The position will require you to work Monday to Friday and will be based in our Rydalmere office.
About You- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- High level interpersonal skills enabling work with a wide variety of people and groups including internal and external stakeholders
- Advanced knowledge of MS Word, and Excel
- Great attention to detail with broad geographical knowledge of NSW
- Reliable and self-motivated
- Scheduling or allocating experience would be advantageous but not essential
